On a annual basis you are required to complete an confirmation statement with Companies House for any Limited or PLC company.

The information required :

• Confirmation of directors details or changes to address, removal or addition of directors
• Registered office
• Shareholder changes or additional shareholders
• Confirmation of share capital
• Confirmation of business trade, or changes

It could just be confirmation of all of the above hasn’t changed during the year. Regardless of changes Companies House will require your confirmation statement to be completed within the first month of your year end.
